Apparently its all because of his tourette syndrome.
I'm very sympathetic because I have had almost all the same symptoms during/after methamphetamine binges and I can't imagine having to live like that all the time, poor guy.
It's clearly not just because of his tourettes syndrome. Ethan has admitted to having pill problems in the past and his demeanor and physical appearance clearly point to substance problems of some sort. Could even be just abusing GLP-1s. But the man looks absolutely sickly these days. He shakes when he holds anything over his head because of the lack of muscle he has now.
Jesus christ you still have to weight train on GLP-1s you can't just inject yourself with shit to fix your problems
