Where is the evidence she did? Elon has admitted he broke immigration law.
Elon and his brother both used to be very open about working illegally in the US in violation of their visas. There's also his use of illegal drugs which he has never made a secret of. The evidence is a lot more solid than this bizarre nonsense about Omar.

I worked as a kindergarten teacher for almost 10 years.
People don't get to come in unless guardians or parents or previously announced. Why? Security of the children.
People don't come in unless they made an appointment. Why? Because security and more importantly WE ARE BUSY! My job is not to entertain you and get your business. I am here to educate and help the kids.

Some do. There are even overnight daycares that cater to people working the third shift at manufacturing jobs for example. Where there is a demand for services there is usually someone to take your money.
