Chickpea flour pasta is cool and good and also friendly for gluten intolerant people. I sometimes cook for such people.
I'll keep a look out. I've never tried it but I've tried other dishes with it and enjoyed them.

They simplified another name in english. In Hebrew there is Tsabra, which is a cactus and was adopted for Israelis born in the lands of Palestine. Arabic writes it with a sin, not a sad, different letters.

You can look at the pages in arabic and you'll see they are different. It still speaks to a lot of ignorance/not caring to name it like that though, considering the company was founded only 2 years after the massacres happened.
