Just checked every single one. It's Alolan Raichu. I was bothered by how Ash didn't evolve his pikachu and how Pikachu didn't want to evolve. But I also enjoy not being a Kanto-Andy. Then this guy comes out surfing on electricity through the air and I'm like "hell yeah."
