Jesus, running anything over 25°C is just torture for me personally, props on doing it and keep hydrated
I find it's the humidity that's the kicker. I've run comfortably into the low 30's but damn if it's humid I won't go out if it's above 25.

We're not even 3 weeks in to Spring yet and we're already seeing highs in the mid-30s.
I know, today was unbearable for me too. Just double checking I wasn't missing anything else. I don't often see memes about Australia here, and the raccoon confused me
Me, an American, just woke up, looks at your post.... so confused for a minute. "30 degrees Fahrenheit is freezing" reaction.
Wait until you learn that it's already over 1/6th of the way through Spring, as opposed to not yet even the start of Autumn!
It's almost like there's different seasons in other parts of the world! Good thing I know that the world is flat and everywhere is really just other parts of the U.S.
The only time I've knowingly been in 40+ heat was in Sydney. The house I was staying in had no fans and was stifling, so I opened the front door, thinking to let a breeze blow though. It was like opening an oven door, a gust of hot air in my face. The whole week was unbearable - blistering hot outside, far too cold in places with aircon.
Me, clocking out of summer in the northern hemisphere: "Good luck, bud. Glad to be the fuck out of there"
The fire season is going to be fucked this year.
