Probably just the same bullshit that made you not watch it for 10 years.
A different creator spouted a bunch of lies in an attack video, was a big drama, nobody cared when it was proven wrong later and the community sentiment in many online spaces is like this now. Standard drama sells corrections don't thing.

Disguising content mill garbage as reviews is just being human? Also theft and also promoting scams and keeping quiet about it. There was also the warranty stuff but that's pretty minor compared to other things.

To be honest, while he would be annoying if I watched 10 of his videos in a row, I don’t understand why hés so hated on Lemmy.
He's been accused of, admitted to, and proven that he is paid off and goes more for entertainment/engagement than actual reviews of products. There are thousands of tech reviewers on YouTube doing honest work, I'll always downvote the openly dishonest ones

Most of that attack piece was shown to be fake allegations though. It did contain some valid criticism, and the valid parts were resolved.

Nope.
I hate his style of content that is loud and comes off like one huge infomercial, and is the biggest stereotype of the whole smash like, subscribe, patreon, annoying thumbails, buy my merch among youtubers. He's the poster child when it comes to tech for that.
And given that lemmy tends to be into tech, whether they want to or not his content is something that gets more shoved on them than other content creators. Like this submission for instance.
Which why worse content creators in other fields like streamers or whatever don't get the same attention, since those are something fans of streamers are more likely to be exposed to. So among streamer fans or model kit fans or cars they may have their own "Linus" creator that keeps being shoved on them and populating search results unless they block the channel.
He could just eat a whole cake if he wants to. He's an adult.
He's probably right, the contrast with the PS5 pro for a similar price will be apt even if most consumers might not notice immediately.
It's also close to what a similarly priced PC would be.
