Well, everyone said that it was going to hurt, but holy hell is that shit annoying. I cant lay on my stomach without a bra and its kinda annoying for them to hurt in random ass moments.

I gues the saying "Beauty is pain" do be true.

They do that. Rest assured it means they're growing.

Laying on your stomach? Aww, honey, that might not be an option for much longer at all. Once boobs start growing, it'll get less and less comfortable. I can't remember the last time I slept on my stomach, but I guarantee it was before puberty.

Pro-tip for bras - when you put them on, center your nipple along the seams. That way if it's cold, or your nipples decide randomly to go hard (for those that need to hear it - it does not mean someone's horny. It's just a thing nipples do sometimes), having them aligned with the seam will keep them from poking out visibly.

Otherwise, welcome to the boob club!

When does it starts to hurt with HRT? It's been 4 weeks since I started.

I've noticed some growth but never felt anything really except an increased sensitivity but never unpleasant yet.

Yeah, after 3 I had to wear a bra so the stairs wouldn't hurt at work but I was still under cover.

Is that high or low? What's 'normal'?

[–] femtek@lemmy.blahaj.zone 3 points 1 month ago

From medical site

Normal estradiol levels vary by age and sex. In men, levels range from 10–40 pg/mL. In women, levels range from 15–350 pg/mL

For mens testosterone 300-1000

It's very worth it.

I started around the same time as you, so know exactly what you mean. I've found padded bras comfortable and can help reduce the "aching" feeling.
