They knew. They had the files. They could have directed the DOJ to go after them. They didn't for obvious reasons. They lived to serve the people in those files. And that's all at a minimum.

Liberals perform the most incredible mental gymnastics when it comes to the Epstein Files. They spent all this time pushing for Trump to release the files, but when Biden is rightly called out for not, at the very least, releasing the files himself it suddenly becomes a matter of adhering to rules and regulations.
Biden has been in politics pretty much his entire adult working life... he had ample time to know what the fuck was up and play "if I were President of the USA, here's what I could do with that power".
People also seem to forget that less than 10% of the "Epstein files" has been released - and none of it unredacted.
