I've recently fallen down the rabbit hole of horse training youtube and literally all horse training techniques are just methods of managing anxiety. Maybe just getting a horse trainer instead of a therapist would be much more cost effective..

My buddy back in college used to have random panic attacks. A calm conversation about something unrelated and a bannana would help a lot.
Something about eating slowly seems to short circuit the panic part of the brain, or maybe the blowjob jokes associated with eating a bannana slowly

Also made it super bright, saved, and then lowered brightness to somehow get this on my phone.
