Percentage on how likely someone is to be caught if they were murdered along with the coordinates of that location 48 hours from current time.

Just for curiosity.

Or maybe what everyone else said about farts or something

This reminds me of this animated YT video in which timers are displayed above peoples' heads that show the amount of seconds passed since that person last shit their pants: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/WgbI5orsSMY

Over night, social hierarchies are upturned, respect is earned and lost based on that number.

Number of days since they finished reading a book.

[–] mig@lemmy.world 0 points 1 hour ago

Or! Last 5 books they read.

How many people's livelihood can be affected by their decision.

[–] JackbyDev@programming.dev 3 points 2 hours ago

You could cheese this by picking a statistic for something like "likelihood to agree if asked for a favor". I'm not going to stress over the wording on how to make it most useful, but something like that could be interesting.

Or something like "amount of undiagnosed cancers" if you want to save people.

I was going to hold back on this one, but then i read the comments section:

Willingness to give head on a scale of 1-100. the Stat could have different color codes though, so I could "at a glance" some further info. (like bright red means they probably have an STI, regardless of the number, or lavender over a woman means she prefers "tacos" if you catch my meaning, dark green could mean they are down with little convincing, you know, "that sort of thing.")

I'm expecting to confirm my suspicions that the numbers are not as high as the spicy sites would have you believe.

Dinner with your parents is awkward when your dad has a higher number than your mom.

No need for that because by definition it's only displayed above people's heads. You can tell someone isn't human if nothing is displayed over them.

Quality of Life impact: How much damage (or benefit) their actions (work, lifestyle, whatever) have done for the net quality of life across the globe. I figure anyone who drives to work is probably doing a little more harm than good, but perhaps they make up for it by being a good school teacher or something, whereas AI coders might make things worse ... but mostly I'd like to see if ANY world leaders score in the positive.

So basically The Good Place’s score system.

Maybe controversial on Lemmy, but Gorbachev would have. The USSR could just as easily have let go of idealism as totalitarianism, and gone full evil empire.

It seems more likely they'd be split half and half, since every decision they make has to be compared against some hypothetical replacement leader.

Last time they had sex

Number of times they've lied

[–] danciestlobster@lemmy.zip 5 points 6 hours ago (1 children)

It would be hard to count lies by omission which is a key data point in someone's honesty I feel

True but if I care about something I will directly ask tbh. People have burned me hard with lies by omission.

[–] HubertManne@piefed.social 5 points 6 hours ago

came to say this. You talking to someone and that metric is going up. Nice to know. To bad its just in person.

SAT Score.

Purely for dick-measuring.

[–] Bytemeister@lemmy.world 1 points 3 hours ago

How long is a 14?

[–] Artisian@lemmy.world 11 points 8 hours ago (3 children)

Their net benefit (or harm) to humanity; measured in QALYs.

A generalization on the crimes score, but it also tells me who to befriend. I'm not a utilitarian, but it still seems like helpful data.
