Cooling towers are not exclusive to nuclear plants, due to environmental concerns water is cooled before being released in many heat-cycle plants like nat-gas, coal, or trash / biomass.

Actually, unironically a decent idea. Used to translate, do not underestimate pay pigs.
In Europe they have adaptive headlights that specifically block out oncoming traffic, giving best of both worlds. US does not have it because of US headlight standards.
