Unionize and demand better working conditions, like lower quotas, only criminal record targets, proper long training, and 32-hour work weeks. Strike to get it. Get fired in the process. 😂

But that's bout why they joined ICE. They are there explicitly to terrorize and kill people, and to feel like the masculine versions of themselves they are too weak to actually be.
It's crazy that it's literally illegal for federal employees to strike.

Them quitting is a good first step but wont solve the underlying issue. ICE recruited Nazis. They will be Nazis with or without ICE.
But they won't have the authority, protection, and power of the state to carry out violence.
The Nazis are not the ones with the ~~moral~~ morale problems, I'm sure. They are all walking around at half-mast over the hate they are receiving and the atrocities they are committing.
To be precise, the Nazis do have plenty of moral problems. They're not the ones with morale problems.

ALL the prior conditions. U.S. healthcare will prove to be just as fatal, optimizes suffering, far more expensive, and the frustration of knowing you could be cured easily by a functional system run by a caring society.
They all got massive sign-on bonuses. If they quite before 5 years they have to pay 10k per year they left early.

I don’t know if this is true, but the employment contracts supposedly have a repayment clause. So the assumption is many people are financially unable to quit once they are hired.

It's a unique ice thing. I've heard they are paid a bonus and are on the hook to give it back if they don't work 5 years. Ofc they could just not spend it but assuming they did they owe the government money if they quit.
I don't care though, they are murdering people in the streets
Its not unique to ICE its how hiring bonuses work all over the US. Its not universal but it is a common practice.

Its actually really common in the US. Hiring bonuses get paid out at the end of the first year but are paid on the first day. The repayment is pro-rated based on how long you worked.

I’ve never heard of this before but it is a real thing. I would chock this up to the Administration not wanting to really pay anyone… thus trying to ensure they don’t get massive numbers quitting.
Also, anyone notice that all the people working for DHS during all of this that media has captured in public are men? Is that by design or do women have better morality?
My wife told me about some lefty podcast she listens to where the host was recruited by them and went through the process just to take a peek behind the curtain. Apparently the 5-year repayment thing is real, at least going by the contract they gave her.
