Well that sucks.
I hope they explain why they used AI.
But maybe i don't blame them since AI is being Blasted and Shoved everywhere.

You can still blame them. Just because everyone is putting shit on their hamburgers you can still be upset that their is shit on your hamburger... You know, because you don't have to put shit on your burger...

No, they absolutely should be blamed. Using generative AI is not inevitable, it's a choice and they chose to do it rather than having an actual human do it. That speaks volumes for how they now view creatives, which for a company selling and distributing artistic works is a big deal.
