it can happen by accident tho some places have legally mandated "make your store frontage look ambiguous" rules I think
yes it's similar to liquor stores in many states, where they cannot have any type of differentiated branding or unique signage. Just need a sign that says "LIQUOR" and a generic as possible storefront
