If you use Firefox on desktop, I use an extension for redirecting to nitter, invidious, etc and it has one for tiktok. It works half the time tho and the other half never loads but I can send it your way if you want when I'm back on desktop.

That extension is called LibRedirect.

Quick screenshot of the redirect urls it uses:

You can have it round robin and also use a few or all I think. The extenesion let's you toggle redirect for the target site too in the dropdown menu. It's smart enough that it's like "oh you are using TikTok, let's bump that to the top of the drowdown list" which is cool because I don't normally see that sort of thing.
