This feels more in line with when he bragged about his cognitive test result with the "man, woman, camera, TV" answer thing where it's basically screening you for onset dementia or a serious recent head injury and he was basically bragging about it like "the doctor said I'm medically the smartest and most handsome guy that's ever lived"
Honestly this isn't that out there for Trump. Remember when he said his doctor claimed he was the healthiest man ever?
