- the target/goal has to be enticing enough to warrant time and resources and long term collaboration
- be funny
- harass them to the point of them making posts complaining about it

- ideally, your collaborators have skills to spread the harassment through multiple avenues and/or connections that can spread the news so other sympathetic communities will join
