It’s not officially. I think it was created by an ex-government employee and conveniently it’s hosted in Langley. I doubt the Ukrainian government needs a public corny database for its shooters, but it’s a good way to build fervor with vigilantes.

Ever since 2020, I came to realize that I don’t even need foreign propaganda to convince me the west and honorary westerners are bad. All I do is just look at the articles and speeches supporting them and realize this is just who they are.
