Good for them! That's one of the big moves to try and break up unions - a two tier system that pits the union against its own members

New posties make $19/hour. They are constantly overworked and moved from route to route, never getting a chance to learn a route which would make the job a lot easier.

With all the bluster about how the strike affects small business, this part is often left out along with the CEO bonuses they pay.
