I once told off a self-described communist for using the r-slur and they responded with "I'm glad the left is starting to reject people like you." I guess this is "the left" they were talking about.

Like, I thought that the whole point of making an american patriotic communist organization was to emphasize something about american communism instead of appealing to a foreign ideology (ie communism via the USSR or China), if they're open about this china begging stuff it defeats the whole purpose
