The features of an effective American war (proxy or otherwise) is that it is a) against opponents with much less military power than you; b) with very low American losses; c) with victories you can visibly show off from time to time to justify involvement, and d) with a profit margin beyond merely giving money to military corporations. The war against Yemen was none of those; airplanes tumbled off aircraft carriers, and the navy complained of the hardest fighting conditions in decades. Conquering Yemen for its resources was inconceivable given the terrain, lack of good intelligence, and the strength of Ansarallah, and all that seemed to be visibly harmed were empty patches of desert and civilians.

Apparently, the ceasefire last month merely stipulated that they stop attacking merchant vessels in the Red Sea; it said nothing about attacking Israel. Therefore, Yemen is absolutely free to create a new blockade of Israel by just striking their airports and seaports, and all Israel can seem to do is try and bomb them in retaliation, a futile strategy which has failed to produce a military or political change in Yemen for the last decade when many other countries have tried it. And if America directly attacks them in response to attacks on Israel, the ceasefire is off, and expensive equipment will continue to be lost.

Across the strait from Yemen is an interesting array of countries. Egypt's position in this war is well-known, and Somalia is under a kind of US occupation under the guise of fighting terrorism (Trump withdrew most troops, but they were then sent back under Biden). The other three are Sudan, Djibouti, and Eritrea. All three are increasingly being drawn into the anti-imperialist camp, as they cooperate with Iran, Russia, and/or China. Sudan is undergoing a civil war, but the rebels fighting the government are famously backed by the UAE. Djibouti has refused to allow themselves to be a launchpad for US strikes on Yemen.

Eritrea has a fascinating history of flip-flopping between West and East over the past few decades, but has, since 2020, sided with the East. It was one of the five countries to oppose the 2022 UN resolution condemning Russia's war with Ukraine. Eritrea sends two thirds of its exports to China, and Iran has reportedly supplied them with military equipment. If a stronger link could be reforged, then Iran would have significantly less trouble sending military technology to Ansarallah, and to other friendly groups throughout the region.

Naturally, the lidless eye of the imperial core is shifting its gaze onto Eritrea. Meanwhile, Ethiopia - a country that has experienced frequent conflict with Eritrea - is part of BRICS+ and their economy is increasingly reliant on China (as is most countries' economies nowadays). If a permanent resolution between the two could be created, it would be a victory for themselves and the Resistance, and a defeat for America, which thrives on conflict and destabilization.

Major ambush of zionist forces near Jabalia camp. First an enemy hummer was targeted with an anti-tank shell; then after the enemy forces retreated to a building, the building was targeted with a second shell. Then, as three helicopters attempted to evacuate their dead and wounded, one of the helicopters was struck by an anti-tank missile. At least three are dead and there are at least 11 casualties total.

It should be noted that the ruins of Jabalia camp are in the far north of Gaza, and was one of the first areas "cleared" by the enemy. Nearly 2 years of genocidal campaigning and bombardment has failed to make the area safe for the occupation.

In related news, earlier today the IOF confirmed that 75 officers and soldiers have been wounded in the Gaza strip over the past 6 days (unclear whether these figures include the toll of tonight's attack)

he-admit-it

Absolutely unreal.

Right in front of the German chancellor Trump claims credit for ending Nord Stream 2, and suggests part of the calculus was to replace Russia as Germany's gas supplier: nitter.poast.org/MyLordBebo/status/1930…

"I'm the one who ended Nord Stream 2, going to a place called Germany, come to think of it. I'm sorry I did that. I ended Nord Stream 2, nobody else did. And then when Biden came in he immediately approved it... And by the way we have so much oil and gas you will not be able to buy it all."

You quite literally have the American president claiming credit for the largest act of sabotage of Europe's strategic infrastructure since WW2, and you can bet 100% it won't even be a story in EU media.

Mexico will have a Supreme Court aligned with the left that governs the country, with an indigenous man as the possible president of the court, according to the count of 87% of the votes for this court. The Supreme Court was the jewel in the crown of the election of judges organized on Sunday, an unprecedented exercise in the world that the government promoted as the solution against impunity of more than 90%, but which, according to critics, consolidates a “totalitarian regime”.

I don't remember seeing this mentioned here but the guy who just won the presidential elections in Poland "signed a declaration saying he would not ratify Ukraine's accession to NATO" (Reuters).

And he'll be president for 5 years which just makes the ukranians look even more silly when they ask for nato membership as a condition to end the war.

University of Michigan is spending millions on undercover agents to surveil students

I can't imagine wanting to attend university in the US anymore, you spend so much money and ultimately it is going to you and your friend's harassment and potential arrest.

The surveillance appears to largely be an intimidation tactic, five students who have been followed, recorded or eavesdropped on said. The undercover investigators have cursed at students, threatened them and in one case drove a car at a student who had to jump out of the way, according to student accounts and video footage shared with the Guardian.

They don't share this video, to my knowledge.

Students say they have frequently identified undercover investigators and confronted them. In two bizarre interactions captured by one student on video, a man who had been trailing the student faked disabilities, and noisily – and falsely – accused a student of attempting to rob him.

They do show this, it's pretty funny.

In October 2008, the movement’s yacht Dignity sailed from Cyprus to Gaza’s fishing port with medical supplies. Two months later, during Israel’s 2008-2009 war on Gaza, Dignity, carrying 3.5 tonnes of medical aid, was rammed and forced to dock in Lebanon. Activists blamed Israeli naval ships.

In May 2010, the Free Gaza Movement, the Turkish Relief Foundation and other humanitarian organisations mounted the largest challenge to Israel’s blockade, with three cargo ships laden with basic supplies and four vessels carrying 600 passengers.

Helicopter-borne Israeli commandos attacked the former Istanbul ferry Mavi Marmara, killing nine activists and wounding several dozen. Israel said several soldiers were injured, one seriously. Israel called the raid a “clear case of self-defence.”

They're currently almost half way to Israel. I'm guessing they'll arrive by late-June 9th at this rate.

USA Today: Luigi Mangione's diary entries unveiled in court documents

A new court filing details Luigi Mangione's diary entries in the months leading up to the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, shedding light on how the murder suspect allegedly targeted the executive after initially planning a larger bombing attack.

The cops say Luigi's spiral notebook has detailed diary entries about his motive and planning.

"I finally feel confident about what I will do. The details are coming together. And I don't feel any doubt about whether it's right/justified," Mangione wrote in an entry dated Aug. 15, 2024, according to court records. "I'm glad-in a way-that I've procrastinated bc [sic] it allowed me to learn more about (UnitedHealthcare)," which he later describes as a company "that literally extracts human life force for money."

Why would you write this down?? Just like the way he was found at McDonald's, it's almost unbelievable that the shooter would do these things after how well executed the attack was. But people have been known to make massive errors, or be very skilled in one aspect and ignorant in others.

In October 2023, about six weeks before Thompson was killed, Mangione wrote that "the investor conference is a true windfall" because "It embodies everything wrong with our health system," court records say.

He hasn't been proven guilty, but they phrase it as a fact that it's his notebook. News will typically say something like 'the writings say' or 'he allegedly wrote' etc, no such privilege for Luigi.

Mangione continued, describing his train of thought in targeting a CEO who was set to attend an annual conference for investors. "So say you want to rebel against the deadly, greed fueled health insurance cartel. Do you bomb the HQ? No. Bombs=terrorism."

Prosecutors argue that the writings and Mangione's methodic planning of the attack justify the New York case and prosecutors' charge of first-degree murder in furtherance of terrorism.

"All of these writings convey one clear message: that the murder of Brian Thompson was intended to bring about revolutionary change to the healthcare industry. Defendant's targeting of UHC had nothing to do with anything that the company had done to him personally," wrote Joel Seidemann, assistant district attorney for the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.

The article ends with this:

Citing the evidence against, Mangione, Seidemann wrote, "If ever there were an open and shut case pointing to defendant's guilt, this case is that case. Simply put, one would be hard pressed to find a case with such overwhelming evidence of guilt as to the identity of the murderer and premeditated nature of the assassination."

Why did this paragraph need to be included? His lawyers have already complained about the public statements released by the prosecution potentially biasing the jury. It almost feels as if that's the purpose of this article.

Lula da Silva says there is genocide in Gaza and that the Israeli government needs to stop playing the victim.

Lula made the statement during an interview at the Planalto Palace when asked about a note from the Israeli Embassy in Brazil, which stated, without mentioning Lula, that authorities around the world “buy lies” from the terrorist group Hamas about the conflict in the Middle East.

Lula: "[Israel] comes and says everything is anti-Semitism. Israel have to stop trying to play the victim. It needs to stop this victimism and understand the following: what is happening in the Gaza Strip is genocide. It's the killing of women and children who are not taking part in the war"

Still on the note, Lula said that it is not up to a president of the Republic to respond to an Israeli embassy and reiterated that he considers Israel's attacks a massacre against Palestinian women and children.

"A president of the Republic does not respond to an embassy. The President of the Republic reaffirms what he said: what is happening in Gaza is not a war, it is an army killing women and children. It is precisely because of what the Jewish people have suffered in their history that the Israeli government should have common sense and humanism in its dealings with the Palestinian people. They behave as if the Palestinian people were second-class citizens," he added.

In the interview, the President of the Republic also declared that all the “common sense people” in the world are taking a stand against the Israeli offensive.

I've decided to check in with the libs and endured half an hour of a shitlib news podcast on Ukraine (2x speed though)

The expert (basically just a journalist) said:

  • The war is a stalemate, since the Russians said they'd win in a couple of weeks, so they are quite humiliated, especially because of the recent attacks

  • Despite the stalemate the Russians are unwilling to compromise on their demands

  • One of their demands is the lifting of sanctions, which signals that the sanctions do hurt the Russians

  • Yeah it turns out the Russian economy did not collapse in a few months after the first round of sanctions, but who knows what will happen, they are very strained

  • It might be true that there's some fatigue in the Ukrainian populace, but the drone strike boosts morale

  • In Ukraine, human resources (mobilization) are the main challenge, especially in the absence of spectacular successes (like in the autumn of 2022)

  • Trump courts Putin and criticizes Ukraine, which reinforces the "proxy war" narrative for Russia and makes them less willing to compromise

  • Ukraine was very smart to do Operation Spiderweb completely independently, it shows that they are capable

  • This allowed Ukraine to signal its capability to carry out independent operations for which Russia may not have a ready countermeasure. This implies they are not in such a dire position that they are forced to accept all Russian conditions and, in essence, surrender

And so on and so forth, it truly feels like a parallel universe, but some facts start to seep in, but very very slowly (he mentioned that 6 million Ukrainians fled the country in the first year of the war)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kramatorsk_railway_station_attack

Look at this shit from NATOpedia. Just straight up lying and confidently saying:

On 8 April 2022, a Russian[2][3][4][5][6][7][8] missile strike hit the railway station of the Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The strike killed 63 civilians (including 9 children) and wounded 150 (including 34 children).

All of their sources are CNN, The Atlantic, Institute for the Study of War, BBC, etc. (People who are not present at the location of reporting and all pro-west rags).

They even give up the whole game a little later...

The missiles were initially misidentified as Iskander ballistic missiles.[20] Pavlo Kyrylenko, governor of Donetsk oblast, later specified that they had rather been Tochka-U missiles armed with cluster munitions.[15]

Huh, no mention of the fact that Ukraine still used Tochka-U missiles in its active service while Russia retired them in 2017. Nor any mention of the fact that video evidence and the various booster wreckage shows that the missile came from the west, all Ukrainian controlled territory at the time. Interesting how Russia managed to launch a missile they don't use from a place where they don't control.

The remnants of one of the missiles had the Russian words ЗА ДЕТЕЙ (za detey), meaning "[in revenge] for the children", painted in white on its outside.[21] It also bore serial number Ш91579, which investigators said could potentially help trace it back to its original arsenal.[22][23]

Blacks rule.

Most obvious false flag shit i've ever seen. Nazis were mad they keep dying and losing, so they perpetrate a false flag to try and wave the bloody shirt and get America more involved. Funny how these investigations from the west never went anywhere and dried up instantly. Huh, why would that happen? Something they don't want to reveal about who owned the missile? Oh wait, they give up the game again later...

Russian media also said that the serial number of the missile was in the same range as one used by Ukrainian forces. Serial numbers cannot be used to prove which side fired the missile, however, since all Tochka-U's were manufactured at a single site in Russia and distributed from there across the Soviet Union. As a result, there was, for example, a close serial number match between a Tochka-U used by Russia in Syria and one used by Ukraine in Snizhne.[39][40][41] Moreover, both Russia and Ukraine have made extensive use of munitions captured from the other side.[42][43]

Oh suddenly it's useless I guess what are ya gonna do.

If you are just tuning in, wide ranging immigration raids in Los Angeles yesterday faced backlash from dozens of protestors, with police responding with crowd control such as flashbangs and tear gas. A summary and video of the violent arrest of SEIU president David Huerta can be seen here courtesy of Z_Poster365.

Brief clip from AP news showing conflict between cops and the people during the response:

Police and protesters clash outside federal detention center in LA after ICE raids

One thing you can see in this clip is a technique for neutralizing a tear gas grenade at 0:55. A demonstrator puts a traffic cone over the grenade and pours a bottle of water into the top. Several of the police in the shield line are wearing plain-clothes with riot gear over. It's a bit funny to see them jump and get startled by their own flashbang at 0:23+.

The fear that is clearly visible among even the kitted out troops in these clips shows they were likely not expecting such intense resistance from regular people, or they are untrained chuds that can't handle the terror that strikes them when the fantasy of crushing dissent becomes reality and the people massively outnumber you. There are completely average looking people, even elderly, throwing objects and screaming at the goons as they back off. The more these clips come out, the more people are becoming incensed. Even on Reddit comments the majority seem to be aligning with the idea that these nazis need to be stopped.

It was interesting to compare the front pages of a couple major news outlets after what was somewhat intense unrest involving a significant number of people. AP News is probably seen as less biased either right or left by most USians, but their right-wing bias is clear when you compare the major headlines with others. Here's the AP front page when viewed on my PC a minute ago:

Compare to Reuters:

The only full article from AP I could find about the violence had this headline: Federal authorities arrest dozens for immigration violations across Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES (AP) — After federal immigration authorities arrested more than 40 people Friday across Los Angeles, protesters gathered outside a federal detention center demanding their release before police in riot gear tossed tear gas canisters to disperse the crowd.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers executed search warrants at multiple locations, including outside a clothing warehouse where a tense scene unfolded as a crowd tried to block agents from driving away. Sirens blared as protesters surrounded black SUVs and tactical vehicles. Officers threw flash bangs into the street to disperse people as they shouted and filmed the scene with their cell phones. One demonstrator tried to physically stop a vehicle from leaving.

"One demonstrator tried to physically stop a vehicle", what happened after that? They were partially ran over, as well as a bicycle and nearly it's rider while the ICE vehicle escaped, that wasn't relevant information according to AP. I haven't found any update on their condition, but from what I could tell on the helicopter footage before they quickly cut away they were being helped up by others so it didn't appear they were severely or gravely injured.

Forty-four people were arrested on immigration violations across multiple locations, said Yasmeen Pitts O’Keefe, a spokesperson for Homeland Security Investigations. The president of SEIU California, a major labor union, was arrested and charged for impeding a federal agent while protesting, the U.S. Attorney’s office said.

Can't bother mentioning a labor leaders name I suppose (David Huerta), or the fact that he was injured and sent to the hospital from the arrest. They don't mention that the charges will most likely be dropped because he was not actually impeding anyone and was acting as an observer, but I suppose that would be editorializing anyway.

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass said the activity was meant to “sow terror” in the nation’s second-largest city.

The video coverage from Reuters is a decent summary, they even have a close up on the face and visible name of one of the nazis named "Bruner". The AP videos had no commentary and made sure to obscure the police actions, but had some clear clips of protesters faces and actions. Reuters seemed to avoid filming faces of those protesting, purposely filming from a low angle.

Reuters: Riot police, anti-ICE protesters square off in Los Angeles after raids

LOS ANGELES, June 6 (Reuters) - Helmeted police in riot gear turned out on Friday evening in a tense confrontation with protesters in downtown Los Angeles, after a day of federal immigration raids in which dozens of people across the city were reported to be taken into custody.

Live Reuters video showed Los Angeles Police Department officers lined up on a downtown street wielding batons and what appeared to be tear gas rifles, facing off with demonstrators after authorities had ordered crowds of protesters to disperse around nightfall.

Early in the standoff, some protesters hurled chunks of broken concrete toward officers, and police responded by firing volleys of tear gas and pepper spray. Police also fired "flash-bang" concussion rounds. It was not clear whether there were any immediate arrests.

An LAPD spokesperson, Drake Madison, told Reuters that police on the scene had declared an unlawful assembly, meaning that those who failed to leave the area were subject to arrest. Television news footage earlier in the day showed caravans of unmarked military-style vehicles and vans loaded with uniformed federal agents streaming through Los Angeles streets as part of the immigration enforcement operation.

Before his death, Pope Francis donated the popemobile to be turned into a mobile clinic to help Palestinian children in Gaza. Israel won’t even let that enter Gaza.

CW: Police violence, implied gore

Forgive the reddit link but I can't find any other video of this. Youtube doesn't allow violence and none of the news sites are showing the video.

The president of SEIU California, the largest union in California, was assaulted and hospitalized by ICE while allegedly blocking their vehicle. He was also tazed. He's now being detained by ICE for allegedly "obstructing federal officers". waow-based

This is a pretty middle of the road Democratic Party loyalist trade union, but they are good on immigrant rights at least. Hope they, and other unions, will get more directly involved in the fight now.

Trying real hard not to be a total doomer here, but Intercept Brasil has just published a chilling article: https://www.intercept.com.br/2025/06/04/oficinas-google-meta-partido-bolsonaro/

Essentially, Google and Meta sent representatives to PL's (Bolsonaro's party) latest communication seminar to teach them how to best use the capabilities of AI in order to communicate with their followers. It's not even just an internal event where the worst ghouls chat with each other about how to undermine what's left of democracy, this is literally official representatives from these companies teaching them a masterclass on how to do AI prompts to generate text, images and videos.

Just straight up foreign interference, right there, out in the open.

Next year we'll have our presidential election here, and I think it'll be the world's first major election after the release of Google's boomer brain melting machine, the Veo3 model. This will likely be the first glimpse on what's coming down the line everywhere else in the world. We'll be a kind of lab experiment that the rest of the world should definitely pay attention to.

And, of course, our lovely government is seeking to open our country to foreign investment in the form of datacenters in impoverished cities. There will be zero resistance from the liberals in power. Right now, Bolsonaro's only role is as kingmaker, since he's currently barred from running for office, and at least the right still hasn't coalesced around a new leader. The pathetic centrist liberals in power are bleeding approval by the day. I'd like to huff some copium and say that this means there's fertile ground for an ascendant left, but they are nowhere to be seen.

We are absolutely cooked, and this is seriously yeeting me deeper into uncharted territories of Luddism. This slop factory needs to be fucking razed to the ground.

Pro-Russians are very upset about last night's disproportionately small response to Ukraine's provocations. Normally I could see where they're coming from, but now it's a bit different.

Andrey Belousov's appointment as Russia's Minister of Defense one year ago marked a turning point in the war. The media constantly asserted that, since his background was that of a technocrat economist, his task would be to optimize the rate of attrition, ensuring that Russia would prevail in the end, after many more years of the meat grinder. Well, they're not too far off, but there is some nuance.

Bakhmut and Krynky were the peak of attrition warfare in this conflict. Since then, both sides have adapted to reduce losses while still accomplishing their goals. Kursk was likely Ukraine's last big hurrah of wasting their own resources. Now they flexibly hold lines with the bare minimum number of troops, while Russia slowly chips away with motorcycle attacks. Neither side suffers noteworthy attrition anymore.

Okay, so if Russia continues to steadily capture territory, why not just keep this going until Ukraine vanishes from the map? Well, Ukraine and the West recognize that it's a losing prospect for them, and they are not bound by international law. Now we see suicide bombings, terror attacks on trains, and so on, while the world turns a blind eye. It's going to get worse the longer this goes on. What happens if they start making or "acquiring" dirty bombs?

So what option does that leave Russia? Well... to end the war. One way or the other. Putin is graciously offering a final chance for a reasonable peace deal. Trump genuinely wants out so he can focus on other things, and of course, the Pivot to Asia. But he will need to pressure Ukraine to accept the deal, and it's unclear if he will.

If negotiations fail to achieve peace before a certain deadline, overwhelming military force must be used to eliminate the threat, permanently. No "hostile rump state, armed to the teeth" will be allowed to persist. It will be a combination of massive annexations and regime change. Russia has been preparing for this scenario at least since Belousov's appointment. His task was to keep up the pressure while building an entire new army on the side, complete with the best equipment and fresh, motivated soldiers. There are various articles from Western sources noting how Russia has been stockpiling equipment, most notably modern tanks and missiles, and don't forget Russia's enormous military recruitment campaign.

All this to say: tit-for-tat strikes don't really matter anymore. This is the endgame. If you want huge missile strikes, probably just wait a few months.

This drone attack is only really the start of how bad drone warfare might get. Imagine this kind of attack deployed internally instead of externally. Against dissidents and political problems. You could just deploy 100,000 drones in one night against a mass database of the population where everyone scoring over 90points on your dissident metric receives a drone that night. Overnight every political problem your country has just disappears.

But from the other side... Imagine the terrorist potential of these attack too. Imagine if the IRA had access to this shit back when things were popping off. Think Thatcher would've survived? Fuck no. Car bombs? Who needs car bombs when you can just fly a drone into your target? There isn't even any way to adequately track anyone using these, you can 3d print all the drone parts, you only need to buy a motor and transmitter. Event the software itself can be drag and dropped from open source hobbyist projects. Hardest part is the explosive and the trigger. The hard parts won't be hard for long though, after the first person has done this that wants to encourage others to do it they will include how-to in their manifesto and that's going to cause tonnes of it to happen.

The next Luigi might be a dude they claim did it and the only evidence they have is that he was someone sitting on a bench looking at their smartphone (to control a drone) at the time of the attack.

Musk calls for Trump's impeachment
Oh no, besties are fighting!

:::spoiler Elon Musk unleashed a fresh round of tweets Thursday evening, calling for President Trump to be impeached and declaring that SpaceX would begin decommissioning a spacecraft essential to NASA's operation.

Why it matters: Trump's threat to cancel billions of dollars of government contracts with Musk's companies has ignited a new round of escalation in the explosive civil war between the two former allies.

Driving the news: "In light of the President's statement about cancellation of my government contracts, SpaceX will begin decommissioning its Dragon spacecraft immediately," Musk wrote on X.

The Dragon spacecraft, both crewed and cargo versions, have been relied upon for years to keep the International Space Station supplied and operating. Shutting them down would leave the ISS reliant on Russia.

The intrigue: Ian Miles Cheong, a prominent Musk supporter and right-wing activist on X, tweeted: "President vs Elon. Who wins? My money's on Elon. Trump should be impeached and JD Vance should replace him."

Musk responded to Cheong: "Yes."
When another follower suggested they could finally be honest about the stupidity of Trump's tariffs, Musk posted: "The Trump tariffs will cause a recession in the second half of this year."

Musk, the world's richest man, also spent much of the afternoon tweeting about Trump's alleged ties to notorious sex offender and financier Jeffrey Epstein.

"Time to drop the really big bomb: Trump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public. Have a nice day, DJT!" Musk posted.

The big picture: The stunning collapse of the relationship was ostensibly triggered by Musk's scathing criticism of Trump's signature bill, which is projected to add trillions to the national debt.

Trump suggested that the Tesla CEO was upset about the rollback of electric vehicle credits, and that he — like other disgruntled former officials — was suffering from "Trump Derangement Syndrome."
That's when Musk set the feud on fire — unleashing dozens of tweets highlighting the GOP's hypocrisy on deficits, claiming Trump would have lost in 2024 without him, and floating a new political party.

What to watch: The MAGA coalition is now under massive pressure to pick sides, splintering after six months of a mostly harmonious relationship between the president and the world's richest man.

Steve Bannon, a prominent MAGA voice who has long despised Musk, called for the South African-born billionaire to be deported in an interview with the New York Times.

deng-salute Today I extend my solidarity for all the tour guides working in Tiananmen Square who have to dodge the questions of the most annoying and obnoxious tourists ever who have no personality or meaningful contribution to make to anything, ever.

I say this because I know someone who makes it a point to remind me every year that she went there a few years ago, was super annoying and the tour guide politely told her to fuck off

This just in: Matthew Miller is still an absolute, whiny, slimy, shit-faced little weasel (apologies to weasels).

That's right: even as he's admitting "Israel has committed war crimes" (oops: make that "almost certain"), he's telling us how he wasn't lying about it, because he was only communicating the "government's official position", and that the war crimes aren't Israel's state policy, and that it's basically like in any other "war/conflict", and telling us that "it's not a genocide" and "it's an open question" whether Israel will hold its goons accountable.

When will this shitbag just die in a fucking fire already?
