Okay, I took the past several hours to put on stage makeup and a traditional costume. Using a set of formal stylized movements I wiggle my tush in the prescribed way, while a guy that sounds like a sumo announcer explains that my characters does indeed want their kabuki ate.

Fair enough. Holy smokes I went on the Noh wiki page, those masks at the bottom are very cool. They look different from different angles and the actors would tilt their faces up to convey changes in the character. Also I guess Noh "is a major form of classical Japanese dance-drama" while Kabuki is "a classical form of Japanese theatre, mixing dramatic performance with traditional dance." 
It's so colorful! From my 5 minutes of wikipedia research for this shitpost I've learned that red indicates passion and purple is nobility.
