Google. Google is responsible for the damage. Sue them. Please.
But they put that disclaimer in that says AI makes mistakes, so it's obviously all good /s
If it's the only way to actually hit back against the AI slop being littered everywhere, we need to do it far more. Even more so when there is actual probable damage.
