Nah that's what you do if you're worried about being embarrassed at a trial, or you fucked up the body. Why would there be a jury trial? Not questioning under the grounds that the state would blow it off (though they would) but under what circumstances would it be reasonable to try the head of a foreign state with a civilian jury? Excepting I guess them visiting and performing criminal acts.
