Conservatives ask for a single place on reddit

So….you feel excluded? Yeah, doesn’t feel so good, does it?

Conservatives should be grateful everyday they get to walk this hellscape so freely, in a decent world they would not be permitted to exist outside of re-education camps

Biggest bunch of pissbabies

[–] miz@hexbear.net 24 points 3 weeks ago

take away all the assets they exploit and see how excited they are about "conserving" the new status quo

[–] godlessworm@hexbear.net 11 points 3 weeks ago

he said that exactly like zionists trying to get sympathy saying "jews ask for one place that's their own" lmao

woman gets shot

"She/her! Blue hair! LESBIAN GROOMER!"

man gets shot

"Did you see anybody defending the shooting yesterday? I didn't."

I'm not saying it's misogyny, but - wait, no, that's exactly what I'm saying.

Yes, although the fact that Renée Good was a white woman means there was a lot more outrage over her murder than over people of color.

This is why it's so important for privileged people to use their position of privilege to resist.

This is why it's so important for privileged people to use their position of privilege to resist.

It's early in the morning where I am so forgive me if Im being a little dense but.....do you mean privileged chuds taking advantage of their privilege to fight back against the outrage over Renee's murder? As in it's important for the chuds if they want to maintain dominance?

[–] BabyTurtles@hexbear.net 6 points 3 weeks ago

No, I mean privileged people resisting the establishment, like Renée and Alex resisting ICE, because while it's wrong that their deaths "count for more" being white people, the social impact of their resistance is valuable to everyone.

[–] Evilsandwichman@hexbear.net 5 points 3 weeks ago

Honestly I'm surprised Renee being murdered didn't cause a gigantic rift among the right; that photo of her glove compartment overflowing with stuffed toys was haunting

Look I think it's bad that someone got a little jumpy, became a smol bean, and executed an observer trying to protect an elderly person from a gang of ICE agents assaulting her. I just don't think that ICE would have hired two people like that. It's fine that he had the power to do that, was assisted by multiple other agents, and has the full protection of the federal government. It's fine that the last one who did it got a million dollar Gofundme on top of their federal disability benefits from the trauma of shooting a random person in the face while calling her misogynistic slurs. There is no way the agency that hired and enabled and protected and rewarded two people like that would hire three people like that. No way.

possibly due to a negligent discharge from the victims sidearm after he was disarmed

Is Fellow saying that Pretti's gun was fired by the police, which then made them nervous so they shot him?

[–] WalrusDragonOnABike@reddthat.com 23 points 3 weeks ago

Yeah. I've seen it suggested on the threadiverse that it may be what happened as well. Seems like the "best case" scenario is that they killed him because they legitimately believe he was shooting them. Which is a wild belief to think the guy you are actively looking at and can see does not have a gun in-hand, is not where the sound came from, and is in no position to fire back is shooting at you instead of assuming its one of the like dozen buddies you are with that all are pointing guns at random people's faces or even a random bystander and to think firing into a crowd of your buddies is a reasonable (and to ignore that all of the top brass is actively defending the behavior, so its clearly intended behavior of ICE, not a fluke).

[–] spectre@hexbear.net 15 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

They're saying that the model of handgun allegedly taken from the victim (Sig sauer p320) while common and used by law enforcement, has a known tendency to fire by itself and somehow that must have happened in this situation.

[–] hellinkilla@hexbear.net 12 points 3 weeks ago

I haven't followed the forensics of this story but given there are multiple camera angles of people in very close proximity , wouldn't it be known if there was a shot gone off before the goon pulled out his gun? I didn't get the impression that it was one shot, then a pause, then several more. But several in very quick succession.

[–] AntiOutsideAktion@hexbear.net 26 points 3 weeks ago

Weren't they like this for a day after the previous murder? Let's wait until their parasocial consent manufacturers get them believing in another day or two. It's the weekend.

Let's just say there's a couple of recent events that are making US conservatives rethink the whole 2nd amendment thing.

Gotta be a toxic dom who has absolutely internalised the belief women are inferior and isn't actually roleplaying in the bedroom.

The reason he didn't "see" the defending is because the mods were deleting posts and threads. https://www.reddit.com/r/SubredditDrama/comments/1qlzhb3/ice_kills_yet_another_protestor_a_study_in/

"I'm not a hypocrite. I'm nuanced."

[–] CthulhusIntern@hexbear.net 8 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

At best, they're going to say "this one guy in ICE is bad, but doesn't say anything about the rest of ICE."

[–] Evilsandwichman@hexbear.net 2 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

Honestly I'm highly doubtful they'd even get this far

[–] CthulhusIntern@hexbear.net 1 points 3 weeks ago

Yes, this is the best case scenario.
