All the gear is exotic, and, if memory serves me right, you can have 1 exotic weapon equipped and one exotic piece of armor equip for balancing.
His triumph score is only 9999. I've been a casual but consistent player, never bothered with running raids or dungeons until the past two or three years, and I have more than that. I think the highest I've seen is 150,000 or so.
In other words, filthy casual.
