I’m also a slow gamer. Take HLTB as a rough estimate, then add ~15-20% over if it’s not absurdly bite sized like a tiny puzzle game and has quests, exploration, narrative, etc.

HLTB is also a matter of averages, and the people who are likely to report are also a self-selected sample. Don’t beat yourself up for it; as long as you’re enjoying your time that’s what matters most.

It’s actually a huge warning sign when they do that.

It means they’re cute.

Yeah, not like those parents would sign away custody so Mr. Tyler could take that teenager all over the country. That’s silly!

Genuinely, thank you for being you. It’s not easy standing up to cruelty, and keeping that level of empathy especially for people you may never meet in such a cold online world takes a lot.

Too many people seem to lose the realization that there is indeed a real human being on the other side of the screen. ☹️

You broke the comm’s rules:

Rules:

  1. FOSS (especially GPL) advocates and Linux (specifically GNU/Linux) evangelists aren't welcome (GNU Hurd will count as Linux). -We ask that you block us and we will perma-ban for violations of this rule.

That is entirely on you.

I'm updated through the AUR, and said update pushed just a few hours ago.

My default search engine (a custom Searx instance) keeps being overridden to DuckDuckGo when I reopen my browser. I deleted the line in the about:config about 5 times now, to no avail. Anyone else having this problem?

Lightly edited to fit comm rules

Alt textTwo photo cut-outs of opossums, each with a pair of scissors photoshopped to look like they’re being held by said opossums. Orange text is overlaid onto a pink-and-yellow background that says “Screw the government: run with scissors.”

Found on Pinterest, source seems to be “The Anxious Opossum” on Facebook.

Mildly edited for salty language

It was a sunny Wednesday afternoon, and Larry was perched atop a neighbor’s fence soaking in the rays when he decided to find himself something to do.
