Who the hell has beef with ace people
I don't think I've even heard Christian fundamentalists complain about them. Mostly because it's really hard to sell them as a threat or deviants in any way, but still. Very weird battle to pick.
Edit: Ok for the record I don't assume that Christian fundamentalists and other right-wingers are tolerant of ace people, it's more so that I've never seen any public figures specifically target them.
ace folks get the same abuse from heteropatriarchal christianity that everybody else does when they don't conform to social and sexuality norms. idk how often the tirade is about ace people specifically because that would require the preacher and the congregation to know what that is, but if you're not not making white babies for jesus they hate you.

I came out as ace to my family a while ago and the Christian fundamentalists basically said I'm being selfish and it's not real
I got the 'identity for identities sake' shit from my good friend and it sucked.
I did check him for that, and he listened. Like "im not here to litigate homie im here to teach your dumb cishet ass" kinna talk. We're cool like that tho.
Even tho i knew some ignorant take was coming it hurt more than i thought it would.

I've heard some Christian fundamentalists do so. They're not doing their duty as ~~white~~ humans to procreate.
But you see, she doesn’t object to people not being into sex, just them having a flag for not being into sex, and thus becoming part of the Cultural Marxist plot to destroy Western civilisation and attack and dethrone God.
I used to assume that, surely, it's impossible for people to have beef with ace people. But, no, after making friends with a couple of ace people, I realized they get a world of shit not just from the usual suspects, but also catching intentional and unintentional flak from queer people on top of that.
And it seems to me that a lot of ace people just awkwardly put up with the abuse because queer people simply do not like being checked on the idea that they aren't as accepting as they think they are.
