lemmy.ml, hexbear, and lemmygrad users verbally fellate contemporary and historical autocratic mass-murderers they deem to be “leftists”, most recently being Vladimir Putin, Xi Jingping, and Kim Jong Un.

They are, in reality, bitch-made invertebrates who don’t even have the arm-strength to lift their Molotov-sippy-cups out of their premium-outdoor-brand backpacks, let alone form meaningful opinions on economics, political philosophy, or geopolitical reality.

Name one time someone here said something good about putin, ill wait.

[–] FunkyStuff@hexbear.net 68 points 2 months ago (2 children)

Hexbear is an instance where right wing trolls who love Putin pretend to be transgender.

That whole 'pretending to be trans' thing always kills me. Absolutely zero sense.

[–] Infamousblt@hexbear.net 46 points 2 months ago (1 children)

They just assume that because they don't know any trans people, there's no way so many folks are trans in one place online.

[–] LargeAdultRedBook@hexbear.net 31 points 2 months ago

There's no way the oppressed would side with the tankies, not when I performatively support your rights (and will hang over your head whenever you disagree with me)

[–] FunkyStuff@hexbear.net 40 points 2 months ago (1 children)

If anything, this website is more inclined on hunting down and prosecuting the cis. They'll never catch me though acab-3

[–] Acute_Engles@hexbear.net 18 points 2 months ago (1 children)

So long as we just keep our heads down and don't bother anyone, we have no reason to worry!

[–] GenderIsOpSec@hexbear.net 7 points 2 months ago (1 children)

gunpointmadeline-staregunpoint-alt the time has come, step into the force-femme-station right now

[–] Acute_Engles@hexbear.net 4 points 2 months ago

B... But I filed all my paperwork!

[–] Diva@hexbear.net 13 points 2 months ago

I think it's just their internal rationalization for why it's okay to misgender people they disagree with, and then if you ask them to stop that's just more evidence for them that you're trolling. catgirl-flop

Even more than that, let's actually assume for the sake of argument that in some sense, this was the case for a nonzero number of posters:

  • Maybe in 20 years time, there's a new word to describe some other very real type of dysphoria, and it turned out that, say, a hypothetical trans woman on here was actually a cis woman with zero gender feelings at all (there is somehow zero overlap between this hypothetical dysphoria and gender dysphoria) and only this dysphoria. She just really needed another person to talk to about her experience who could relate at all, but she felt compelled to restate things in terms of gender instead.
  • Maybe it turns out that, say, a hypothetical cis man on here was only dissatisfied with the cultural baggage tied to masculinity, but he ultimately needed the space to explore their gender identity and realize they felt like being a man best described him after all.
  • Maybe it's something else I can't think of right now.

Does any of these scenarios actually justify treating those people any differently than someone who definitely is transgender? I don't see why any reasonable person should come to that conclusion.

Not supporting Azov Nazis makes you a Putler Nazi smuglord

[–] FlakesBongler@hexbear.net 41 points 2 months ago (3 children)

I think some people were like critical support and a few were in support, but overall we don't care for him

[–] corgiwithalaptop@hexbear.net 37 points 2 months ago (1 children)

I should have been more clear, critical support is one thing (they seem to think the 'critical' means "omg we need to send our love now!"), but year we are hardly the mega fans they pretend we are

[–] XiaCobolt@hexbear.net 30 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Critical support means your support does 2.5x damage

[–] FlakesBongler@hexbear.net 17 points 2 months ago

Only if you have same-type attack bonus

[–] Erika3sis@hexbear.net 23 points 2 months ago

Consider the following: "Harden Your Heart, Putin" and "The Man From Our Axis" are very catchy.

[–] WizardOfLoneliness@hexbear.net 41 points 2 months ago (3 children)

the most that can be said is people saying he was right about shit he said, which is like, idk, sorry but sometimes bad people make statements about the world and events that are accurate to reality??

Media: "Putin delivers deranged anti-American tirade!"

Putin's tirade: "The US has repeatedly meddled in the affairs of other nations."

Me: edgeworth-shrug

Libs: "You are gay for a dictator."

[–] GenderIsOpSec@hexbear.net 8 points 2 months ago

i hate how accurate this entire post is

[–] XiaCobolt@hexbear.net 40 points 2 months ago

sorry but sometimes bad people make statements about the world and events that are accurate to reality??

In particular guys like Putin, Lukashenko, (and funnily enough Orban) having come up through a communist party in their youth and being taught dialectical and historical materialism, will often very accurately outline the material factors leading to current events in speeches or interview, it's at the last moment where they pivot and say something self-serving and reactionary.

[–] GrouchyGrouse@hexbear.net 33 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Kissinger had a pretty good idea about not escalating to nuclear confrontation between the USA and USSR and he was a demon and everyone here hates his extremely dead guts.

But I doubt anyone here would advocate for annihilating countless millions in nuclear hellfire just to oppose Henry Kissinger.

[–] huf@hexbear.net 12 points 2 months ago

no, that sort of thing is something the libs do, when they for example make a video about nuclear holocaust not being that bad after all, and anyway, russia's nukes dont work because lol russia

[–] corvidenjoyer@hexbear.net 19 points 2 months ago

The fact that we only have one Putin emote putin-wink unironically says alot. There's not alot to joke about him unless you genuinely like him. No real enthusam for even a wide putin emote. (When would that even be use enough to justify an emote?)

Meanwhile theres like a page or two devoted to Biden and Trump. biden-leftist why-angel biden-harbinger joever trump-feed trump-moist cheeto-man trump-death-note trump-yassified feast-1feast-2 thicc-trump brump
