badposting
badposting is a comm where you post badly
This is not a !the_dunk_tank@hexbear.net alternative. This is not a !memes@hexbear.net alternative. This is a place for you to post your bad posts.
Ever had a really shitty bit idea? Joke you want to take way past the point of where it was funny? Want to feel like a stand-up comedy guy who's been bombing a set for the past 30 minutes straight and at this point is just saying shit to see if people react to it? Really bad pun? A homemade cringe concoction? A cognitohazard that you have birthed into this world and have an urge to spread like chain mail?
Rules:
- Do not post good posts.
- Unauthorized goodposting is to be punished in the manner of commenting the phrase "GOOD post" followed by an emoji that has not yet been used in the thread
- Use an emoticon/kaomoji/rule-three-abiding ASCII art if the rations run out
- This is not a comm where you direct people to other people's bad posts. This is a comm where you post badly.
- This rule intentionally left blank.
- If you're struck for rule 3, skill issue, not allowed to complain about it.
Code of Conduct applies just as much here as it does everywhere else. Technically, CoC violations are bad posts. On the other hand: L + ratio + get ~~better~~ worse material bozo

For a 13 vs 2 it's actually a bit controversial.
Huh. That sounded odd at first blush, but hitting on a 13 will bust on 9-10-J-Q-K, over a third of all cards, and while the hidden card could be an 8+ (nearly guaranteed to beat 13 with one additional card), it could also be another two and then the dealer's in a tough spot I guess.
Still feels counterintuitive to stand on 13 to me but I am very bad at games.
Really? Cause there is so many diffrent ways the two could go or another calculation?
There are 20 cards in a standard deck that could bust you from 13, over a third of the deck is an instant lose and a 2 showing for the dealer isn't particularly strong. That's my guess but I'm bad at games.
Thats still 2/3s good hits while I dont think a 13 is a very strong hand either. So wither way the odds seem bad for this hand.
I think that's the bottom line, it's just a straight up bad hand.
I guess the general rule is to stay but it can depend on enough other stuff that nerds get into it
Fascinating. Doesn't seem like too many chances to win by just staying
