If it's half as good as Hatoful Boyfriend, a dating VN where you date literal pigeons, I'm sure it'll be a huge hit with the bug furries and people who just love bugs.

That’s a good point, actually. One of his very close friends is a furry (although a fox, not a bug), I wonder if he served as inspo.

Honestly, Hatoful Boyfriend was far far better than I expected going in.

Edit: Never mind, I just DDG'd it and there are more fuzzy bugs than I thought.
They can even just put fuzz on the non fuzzy ones. We got furry dragons; why not furry praying mantises? 🤷♂️
I've never held with the idea that one has to literally be furry to be a furry. It's an umbrella term. (But by all means, make the fuzzy mantids!)

I think they're called scaleys or something. I can ask my godson, he experimented with therian stuff before he came out ftm
