Who would win, your grandpa who smokes and ate red meat living to be 99 years old

or

Silicon Valley weirdo who's immune system is compromised from "body hacks" killing him by 49

smoking grandpa ftw. My grandma started smoking when she was 8 and quit in her late 80's because it was getting "too damn expensive". She passed from old age at like 93, bless her cajun heart

Imagine being in a position in life where you feel the need to open a conversation with "I am no longer injecting my son's blood."

I feel like my shirt is raising a lot of questions already addressed by my shirt

Raiden did this in Metal Gear Solid and then he had white android cum blood infused with nanomachines and he was miserable.

Wonder how many people die from kawasaki (kids), or some autoimmune stuff, or after an organ transplant, waiting for an IVIG infusion spot. If you've never done the infusion, it's complicated, it's long, it's not fun. As a nurse it's very annoying to run because it's finicky and it's pretty much 1 to 1 care for somewhere around an hour or more. How many burn victims or people with neophrotic syndrome are gonna suffer waiting to afford or just get albumin.

Albumin comes from donors, people who volunteered their time (or were paid for it) to give part of themselves to someone else. I dunno if this guy took from the donor supply, but anyone he got albumin from directly could have donated that.

All so he can chase an impossible dream of living forever because the very rich can't conceive of a future without them. Increasingly, I think the rest of us are too

You wanna know the secret to long life and good health - well, we don't really have it lol. But keeping up physical exercise, eating well and healthy, not having stress at work or daily life, avoiding or reducing alcohol and smoking, attending a physical once in a while and getting your teeth checked, all of that would do more than the weird biohacking this guy is doing. And so little of it is reachable by people and depends on society rather than any individual effort.

How the fuck can you council a single mom working a few jobs to try and reduce the stress in their lives or to give their kids healthy food when they can only afford the subsidized crap we produce as a society, or tell someone to get a check up that costs them so much money and if the doctor finds something they might not even be able to afford to treat anyway. There is no individual pull up your boot straps to getting people into good health, this is a societal effort and the people in charge of production and distributing goods (not any of us) have decided you're not important enough to spend the effort getting you healthy.

Using your son's blood to prolong your own life when nothing is wrong with you is one of the most evil things I can think of. Like, surely you understand that repeatedly draining someone of blood is generally bad for them, but you're cool with doing it to your kid so you can maybe live longer, who knows because this isn't even science.

from body

When I saw that - I thought that meant from his body - no?

Did somebody say Adrenochrome?

[–] SoyViking@hexbear.net 21 points 3 months ago

But... Why?

[–] Andrzej3K@hexbear.net 17 points 3 months ago

Ngl I'm kind of flabbergasting by this. It's the kind of thing Alex Jones accuses people of

[–] volcel_olive_oil@hexbear.net 15 points 3 months ago

Take out all blood from body

you shouldn't do that

you shouldn't post that you did it

unless you aren't actually a human or alive and forgot to keep up the kayfabe

[–] JoeByeThen@hexbear.net 14 points 3 months ago

How much of that is erection plasma?

[–] GrouchyGrouse@hexbear.net 13 points 3 months ago

Instructions unclear, I filtered my blood through my son.

[–] REgon@hexbear.net 9 points 3 months ago

I dunno, I saw an interview with him that just made him seem like a weirdo rather than a ghoul. Gave the vibe of a guy who had struck it bit and was now free to follow his special interest. There are no good billionaires, but the least of my loathing is reserved to those who just fuck off and do their own thing.

A very clear example of why vampires were probably based on the ruling elite.

And where is child protective services? How is anyone allowed to do this to a child, children aren't property.

Have any of you guys gotten past step 1 yet? I think I need a walkthrough or something.
