If they don’t call it :The Quest For More Money I’ll know it’s a soullsss cash grab.

And if they do, it still is! But in a cooler way

Potentially less of a soulless cash grab.

Ngl, I hope it's great.

But no John Candy makes me sad.

I hope they got Rick Moranis back.

Actually while looking for the spelling of his name I found a German article with more details.

Rick Moranis, Bill Pullman and Mel Brooks are back. Josh Greenbaum is directing and Josh Gad has the lead role and is co-author and producer. I hope that goes well. Keke Palmer was cast as well.

That gives me even more hope.

I'm not sure it would even be worth trying to see without him as dark helmet. It would be hard with without Pullman, but a good enough script could maybe pull it off. But no dark helmet or scroob means no spaceballs.

It would just be a bunch of Assholes in space ;)

Yeah but like my wife said, dogs don't live that long, so they probably spin it that way for his character. But rejoice Rick Morrison is coming out of retirement for this movie.

Excuse me, but what the ever loving fuck?!

Sucks that John Candy had to go and die. 😢

It's gonna suck, isn't it?

I don't know why, but Hollywood has forgotten how to make ~~awesome~~ ~~great~~ ~~good~~ plain comedy

Have you watched the original lately? It always sucked aside from the few gags like, "We ain't found SHIT" and a few others. I mean it was a bit of a let down when I was 12.

I hope this one is way better.

Of all Mel Brooks comedies, I think Men in Tights is the only one that stands up to repeat viewings.

Young Frankenstein would like a word.

Omg that ending - made me recall how much I enjoyed that movie! 🍿

Does Mel Brooks really think there’s been 4 Beatles movies since Star Wars was released?

This is gonna be awful (not like the original was any good)
