i use the star and antlers as a desktop. its enchanting. i can't recall the RCM logo, but you can ad some text if you like, if that's an aesthetic...

this is what I'm thinking since there's a lone reddit comment providing a high-ish quality image of the RCM logo. It's kind of a mashup of different described things in the game but I think it'd be cool
If you're using stencils for this, do it in layers. Probably one stencil for the letters, one for the thicker lines and one for the thinner lines. Do one, let it dry and then do the next

Well then you've screwed yourself.
The RCM logo and the white Mazovian antlers on black as you mentioned are both good options. Any of the skills would also work but they're a bit complicated even if you go with a flat color version of them. If you want to be original but still keep it Disco you could do glowing lungs.
If you want it text based there's "Un Jour Je Serai de Retour Pres de Toi"/"Something Beautiful Is Going To Happen", "In The Dark Times, Should the Stars Also Go Out?".
