"Woke"="Corporate HR" for the majority of them.
It definitely ties into their vision of the ideal business under capitalism being one where the owner-operator-founder unilaterally makes all the decisions. HR trying to prevent a “toxic workplace” is a sign to them that mediocre bureaucracy is interfering with the will of a John Galt.

Yeah these people think Disney wants to make your kids gay. They don't understand rainbow capitalism, they genuinely believe corporations spread the gay agenda out of their own conviction to serve some nefarious purpose. They think being anti-woke is anti-establishment. They are that dumb.
IMO Disney being woke is such a bigger deal for reactionaries than video games. And its all because upper class libs have more disposable income.
That’s the whole point, the “owner at top making all the decisions” is entirely vibes-based. That’s why they love Trump so much, The Apprentice made him out to be personally making the “hire or fire” decision for everyone in his company. The media literacy of fascists is non-existent and their ability to perform mental gymnastics and ignore evidence is absolutely unsurpassed. They will always be able to uncritically absorb whatever media they enjoy unless they are confronted with a buzzword or catchphrase that Fox News or 4chan has told them to associate with people to the left of Julius Evola, in which case they will immediately lose their shit, scream about woke for several days and record a video of clogging their toilet in an attempt to flush all their merch.

I remember reading that with regard to Tara Strong being fired from Boxtown for being a horrible racist Zionazi freakazoid, that she was all "it's because I'm Jewish!!" and Hirsch was like "I'm also Jewish, you're just racist" -- or something like that. I'm trying to look up the exact quote but I'm not finding it.
