Donald has been "talking" into the "emergency line" for weeks, it just one of those red Fisher-Price toy phones, to keep him busy.
I know we are used to it by now, but the ALL CAPS seems increasingly crazy.
It's how a lot of his followers post on Facebook and shit, so I presume it's for them

It sort of depends on how you define "talks" and "conversation". If you define them as a communication method of mumbling incoherently to yourself while lackies mop you off after another diaper failure, sure.
Negotiations were "We will bomb power infrastructure". Response: "Here is exact GCC infrastructure we will destroy in response."
Iran has responded that through the press. People in both the US and Iran governments are all saying that no Iranian representative is answering any US call.
What makes "based on the tenor, and tone of those in depth, detailed, and constructive conversations" all the funnier. Also, who the fuck wrote that? It certainly wasn't Trump.
They probably ~~write~~slop-up all their press releases before anything has happened and Trump doesn’t know to wait.
