I'm escaping to the one place that hasn't been corrupted by leftist agitators... UNDERGROUND!

Just try not to dig too greedily and too deeply, Mr. Fink.

The lines on this image are too sharp. I need the biggest line blurrer you have. No, that's too big.

Hey, I can't help it if the digital era Simpsons has some good jokes in it

The funniest thing here is that this dude thinks a $3000 disposable drone is accessible for the average american

People will be 3d printing parts and making them for $100-200, the only thing that's really missing is a full project guide like the Plastikov 3d printed AK47

[–] Dessa@hexbear.net 4 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

Not just 3000 dollars for a drone, but for what would probably have to be a suicide drone. Not counting however much it cost to build the payload.

[–] Awoo@hexbear.net 3 points 2 weeks ago* (last edited 2 weeks ago) (1 children)

It's not even really the drone part that's hard, it's the addition of a trigger to remotely detonate a payload part that people need a guide on. There are cheap fpv drones that would work and there are 3d printed drones that already exist but the extra detail that the layman currently lacks is adding a trigger and payload.

Drones are sexy, but don't underestimate the capabilities of a large slingshot and incendiary projectiles. These things are supposed to be several square miles in size. You literally cannot miss them. It is not necessary to do the Luke Skywalker fire the torpedo into the barely torpedo-sized hole thing Hezbollah is doing to Zionist armor.

I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice.

[–] Awoo@hexbear.net 3 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

Yeah but I think the main factor here is people wanting to do it and avoid being caught.

[–] Le_Wokisme@hexbear.net 5 points 2 weeks ago

i think pointing your hunting rifle at 45 degrees and taking some potshots from a mile away is an underexplored american option. maybe because you have to do a little maths.

Maybe it's time to go old school; trebuchets and guillotines.

[–] ConcreteHalloween@hexbear.net 4 points 2 weeks ago

Wow that is really concerning, can you explain how one would construct such drones so we can be on the lookout!

[–] KnilAdlez@hexbear.net 4 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

Please billionaires, save yourselves! Take the AI and go underground! I'll keep watch over the hatch to the outside, it'll be perfectly safe.

Gonna weld that shit shut....

[–] nohaybanda@hexbear.net 2 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

leading up on beans, prunes and pickled cabbage then going out to take a shit in the air vents

[–] Ildsaye@hexbear.net 2 points 2 weeks ago

Luke, you switched off your targeting computer. What's wrong?

[–] plinky@hexbear.net 4 points 2 weeks ago (2 children)

✍datacenter without a datalink is largely useless

✍by nature of physics datalinks have to run uninterrupted for 1000s km

[–] Le_Wokisme@hexbear.net 5 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

calling that hotline to get someone out to show you where to dig

[–] Johnny_Arson@hexbear.net 5 points 2 weeks ago

I need to know where the fiber optic cables underground around this location are so I don't damage one. No I don't own the property, just doing some smol bean contract work in the area.

[–] Carcharodonna@hexbear.net 1 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

I’d think cutting power would also be fairly easy? Seems silly to think anyone would bother with drones when they are fundamentally defenseless in numerous ways.

[–] plinky@hexbear.net 2 points 2 weeks ago

as i observe usa adventurists, i conclude they ain't intellectual people, and safely shutting off high voltage power lines require at least some degree of forethought

[–] pierre_delecto@hexbear.net 3 points 2 weeks ago

No problem, quikcrete is easier than drones

[–] SerLava@hexbear.net 3 points 2 weeks ago

They can't afford to put them underground. They can't even afford what they're currently making.

Time to reread, "How To Blow Up A Pipeline."

[–] Athena5898@hexbear.net 2 points 2 weeks ago

So these data centers run horribly hot. Why they take so much water. There are a lot of things you could do to render them useless and potentially set on fire potentially far away from the center itself.

[–] Nopeace@hexbear.net 2 points 2 weeks ago (2 children)

What's a good cheap drone one could buy these days?

[–] NeelixBiederman@hexbear.net 1 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

Potensic atom is under the 250g threshold for faa registration

[–] KnilAdlez@hexbear.net 1 points 2 weeks ago

Did you say you were interested in R/C aircraft? They can be found for under $100!

[–] mcheva@lemmy.dbzer0.com 1 points 2 weeks ago

There are guides to build cheap fpv drones from aliexpress. Can buy tethers too if you want.

[–] JoeByeThen@hexbear.net 2 points 2 weeks ago

I would need to know where the air intake of those underground centers is. I want to clean around with ammonia and bleach, making it double clean

[–] Evilphd666@hexbear.net 2 points 2 weeks ago

Governemnt cannot afford them but they will pay for the centers and give them tax breaks just long enough until they collapse.
