This is not really the source of the anger. No one is angry about the sentencing. The problem is the manner of the murder and the abysmal police response. He didn't just get stabbed - believe me, the UK is used to that.
In this case, the murderer did weaponise race politics and that contributed to Henry's death, alongside major police incompetence. To be clear, the police should take the full brunt of the blame, but it's a very unique situation and if you can't feel empathy for Henry when you watch the footage you've lost the plot.
Your second point is perfectly valid, but given that Henry's family have explicitly spoken against Farage and the new riots, I think they deserve more empathy than 'cracker gets stabbed'.
No one mentions that poor innocent Henry antagonised the guy in the run up. You see a guy openly carrying a knife in London, why would you antagonise them? If he'd kept his mouth shut, he'd probably be alive now. What happened is unfortunate, for both Henry and his murderer, who both lost their lives senselessly.
However, what were the police supposed to do differently exactly? He died within 4 hours according to reports. They tried to get him help but it was too late. The killer got life in prison. I'm not seeing what the outrage is really about besides white boy gets killed by a POC and the POC tried to claim it was a racial attack even though that didn't really change anything.
To me, the whole outrage is coming across like "how dare one of them kill a white boy." Would we be having the same hullabaloo if Henry was black?

He wasn't even in London. You haven't followed the story at all.
The video shows he was likely accosted in the night, back talked, and then his phone taken. His killer is obviously a sociopath in some capacity and was in all likelihood the instigator. Yeah, Henry should've left it, but he's still completely innocent.
What were police meant to do differently??? Watch the video. He said he'd been stabbed and they ignored him multiple times, saying 'sure you did mate'. They then didn't do a proper medical survey and HANDCUFFED HIM WHILE HE SAID HE WAS BLEEDING OUT. He said he couldn't breathe, and said 'call an ambulance' a few times. The lies about racism contributed to their dismissal of his claims, because they painted Henry as a racist attacker - and they therefore didn't believe he had the injuries of a victim. The false claims played a direct role in his death.
As to the outrage - to be sure, the underlying cause of the outrage by the rioters and far right is POC on white violence - but the source of outrage for the entire rest of the country is the horrific police failure, and the weaponisation of anti racism. It's such a clear cut case that actually, I do think much of the country would be just as outraged if Henry was black, and you might even have larger protests because it would come under the same banner as George Floyd.
