Dogs are literally a collective species whereas cats are not
badposting
badposting is a comm where you post badly
This is not a !the_dunk_tank@hexbear.net alternative. This is not a !memes@hexbear.net alternative. This is a place for you to post your bad posts.
Ever had a really shitty bit idea? Joke you want to take way past the point of where it was funny? Want to feel like a stand-up comedy guy who's been bombing a set for the past 30 minutes straight and at this point is just saying shit to see if people react to it? Really bad pun? A homemade cringe concoction? A cognitohazard that you have birthed into this world and have an urge to spread like chain mail?
Rules:
- Do not post good posts.
- Unauthorized goodposting is to be punished in the manner of commenting the phrase "GOOD post" followed by an emoji that has not yet been used in the thread
- Use an emoticon/kaomoji/rule-three-abiding ASCII art if the rations run out
- This is not a comm where you direct people to other people's bad posts. This is a comm where you post badly.
- This rule intentionally left blank.
- If you're struck for rule 3, skill issue, not allowed to complain about it.
Code of Conduct applies just as much here as it does everywhere else. Technically, CoC violations are bad posts. On the other hand: L + ratio + get ~~better~~ worse material bozo
Feral cats often live together in complex social groups.
only if they are related, which indicates that cats are pro nuclear family
Alloparanting observed in cats is not pro nuclear family.
when polled most cats were quiverfull gary johnson voters too idk what to tell ya
Is that the snail from SpongeBob?
Say what you want but I never stepped in cat poop.
— unprompted
Come on, I was setting up a perfectly viable revolting/revolutionary pun
all pets are reactionary (maoist reality)
It's true. My dog is a conservative. I try to avoid discussing politics with her.
I've met more than one person who loves dogs and has an absolutely fanatical hatred of cats, but I've never seen the inverse. I'm not sure what's going on there.
I've never thought about this but now that you said it I think you're right. I know dog-fearing cat lovers but that's not the same thing it's true that dogs can be scary
Cats would be scary too if they were large adult child sized.
The only trustworthy position is a person who likes cats and dogs, but LOVES capybaras, and is iffy on humans
Those people get a dog purely for the joy of ordering something around that cant choose otherwise and get a kick out of a creature liking them for no good reason. Cats are antithetical to that because they wont do what you want ever.
Not saying all dog people are like that though, many are super chill but I have met a lot of extremely unpleasant dog people whereas cat fanatics are just silly like me. For negative feelings towards dogs its mostly not trusting other people’s dog until I know they dont want maul me to death while the owner laughs and does absolutely nothing to stop it.
9 out of 10 dog people are like "haha the dog is just playing it would never hurt anyone". 1 out of 10 dog people is like "why would you even think about walking past my dog this closely, do you want to loose a limb".
cats are reactionary when they see a cucumber and jump straight up
cats are revolutionary when they fall off something and spin to right themselves
dogs are reactionary when they see a squirrel
dogs are revolutionary when they chase their tail
is this dialectics
dialectics is for freshmen, welcome to quadralectics
Is this going to be in the test?
Yes, when the revolution comes, you'd better know one lectic per member of the global proletariat.
My mum likes to watch the squirrels in her back garden and feed them peanuts.
My mum's cat likes to chase the squirrels in his back garden and try to eat them.
I have watched a middle aged woman have a struggle session with a cat more times than I'd like to admit to. (Snuggle sessions, on the other hand, she has had to watch me have with said kitty. He's very good at them.)

REACTIONARY!
AWOOF Awoof. Its true dog treats made me vote for Donald Trump twice
cats have zero organizational potential, they simply will scheme for a little treat. dogs are capable of a great deal for a little treat, giving them marginal organizational potential
Cats are lumpen
I know at least mine is

I'm a cat person but I do enjoy myself a good cute dog as well.
wrong
This, but it’s cat people and dog people (not
or
)
cat lady, cat girl, girl cat
It gets quite confusing
Many people have been saying this
dogs are workers
ever heard of a guide cat? that's what i thought

Police dogs exist but police cats don't

bet you feel real silly now

A guide cat will do fine as long as you are willing to go where the cat wants to go.
a few years ago I was looking for fish in a market in a place I didn't live in, so I followed a random cat around and got to the fish market.
