He's saying that in his opinion this deal will stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons and so the conflict was worth it. Which presupposes the American position that Iran was seeking nuclear weapons, was close to getting them, and that this war was about stopping that. Which you would have to be a dimwit to do.
The concept of Iran preparing nukes imminently has been solely driven by Netanyahu since 2012.
