Which can be regulated, limited, or outright silenced when it comes to certain things.
Hate speech is the main limiter as far as it being regulated.
Eg Technically, it's not illegal to display a Nazi flag.
It would be illegal to do so if the intent behind it was to degrade or harass or insult etc. an ethnic or visible group.
Similar to using language.
I could say i hate all Christians.
But to promote the hate and call for acts against a group would become illegal.
Lots of grey areas.
