8. Misinformation is prohibited.

9. No link shorteners.

10. Don't copy entire article in your post body

Clause 2 is known as the "borrowing clause.", against the Legislative Branch (Congress), which will ultimately be decided by the Judicial Branch (The Supreme Court)
