I look forward to the day that natural gas is out of business and we reuse these pipelines to run optical fiber, or electricity, or something else useful.

Pipelines would be an excellent use to offset carbon by stuffing billionaires and execs in them.

Strange how there’s never enough money to bury power lines, but it’s never a problem for natural gas pipes, water, or sewage.
