r34.app and e-hentai both have a blocklist feature and pretty comprehensive tagging so you can browse them without seeing nonce content or other fetishes you don't like
My experience with hentai stuff is that culturally they draw a pretty big line between, like, post-puberty teens and little kids. It's easy to avoid the little kid stuff but high schoolers are usually just treated as adults by those tagging systems.
