I would've went with:
DiploCOCcus has a gonorrhoea infested COC
DiploDOcus open the DOor, get on the floor, everybody walk the dinosaur.
Now we arent 100% sure it doesn't cause gonorrhea, someone's gotta fuck one first.
But what about just Diplo, does he cause gonorrhea? Asking for a friend.

Somehow i read this as diarrhea and immediatly thought: "No I'd shit myself with either one."
