Because the Liberals are too big of pussies to make a new crown corporation even when it's obviously needed.

I think the idea is that we will make money by making the corpos pay for the transportation. It's also a huge step done that is historically known to be problematic in building, so it can be attractive to investors of big oil.

I'm not happy to invest in oil but if we do, we need to make money off of it and not just give it all to companies.

This is just my opinion and I don't know a lot.

Like we did with trans mountain, now the petrol co. under use it so they could strong arm the gov into reselling it to them
