Cool so they are preparing for war. It was just economic annexation, now it's maybe we use force but "that's really unlikely".

The shit ass thing is that you can’t take everything he says seriously. Except everything out of his mouth is dementia riddled cacophonous nonsense and you can’t decipher one from another. This makes the norm to take everything stupid thing out of his mouth seriously.

It's like two kids playing on a playground, and then one kid tells the other, :"I'm gonna **** your sister!" while brandishing a switchblade. And then, when the kid gets sent to the principal, he says it was a joke, and that no one has a sense of humor.
