They were fucking the dog and had no productivity, those savings went into real research support increases at CIHR and NSERC.

Most of these agencies will work better with less people. 1/3 of a million work in Ottawa, that is not sustainable.

Yup this ones a little weird. Food security is just as important as defense, if not even more so.
