They attached themselves to the 'dirtbag left' because they were friends with or dated a few of the other podcast guys. They dunk on libs for 50% of the right reasons and 50% of the worst reasons. They've attended hangouts with Peter Thiel and receive a fair bit of funding from him.

this seems like ridiculous bs. anyone who is trans and needs to transition will likely have their doubts erased as and when they start transitioning and realise it's what they needed all their life.
it's not good to say "i think you're trans," but i think the far more common (and much more acceptable) thing to say is "that reminds me a lot of how i felt before i realized i was trans," which leaves the possibility open but is not saying "i know you better than you know yourself"
