I want to work with a morningstar to penalize Antony Blinken

[–] InevitableSwing@hexbear.net 24 points 2 years ago (1 children)

morningstar

I need to use that word occasionally. It's very... picturesque.

[–] lemmyseizethemeans@lemmygrad.ml 12 points 2 years ago

The mace of molag bal to put his soul into meridias star to be tortured forever

[–] Frank@hexbear.net 54 points 2 years ago

Man fuck all these fucking nazis.

[–] FlakesBongler@hexbear.net 48 points 2 years ago (2 children)

So they want to punish the ICC just years after using it to try and punish Russia

[–] robinnn@hexbear.net 47 points 2 years ago (2 children)

“Regarding the question of whether or not we’ll continue to provide support to the ICC with respect to crimes that are committed in Ukraine, yes, we continue that work,” Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said at a news conference after a virtual meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group on Monday.

Rules-based international order only when the rules benefit us.

Rules based international order: We make the rules, we give the orders

[–] CthulhusIntern@hexbear.net 4 points 2 years ago

More like drools cringe international order.

[–] jonne@infosec.pub 2 points 2 years ago

At least he was smart enough to add enough caveats and hedging in this statement.

Didnt it issue an arrest warrant for Putin? Lmao

[–] MineDayOff@hexbear.net 42 points 2 years ago (1 children)

What the fuck is wrong with these people?

[–] Tankiedesantski@hexbear.net 17 points 2 years ago

The wheels are coming off their empire so they're trying to cling on to power through fear for a little bit longer.

[–] barrbaric@hexbear.net 38 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Apparently even a both-sides narrative of the genocide including several completely falsified stories from the IOF isn't good enough for the US.

What are they going to do, sanction the Netherlands?

[–] InevitableSwing@hexbear.net 27 points 2 years ago* (last edited 2 years ago)

"You know - court is boring. Really boring." He goes sing-song like Row Your Boat. "Boring-boring-boring-boring." Back to usual voice. "It's boring - right. When I finally take a break and my people give me the paper news they get from the internet for me. I see Biden has problems with the international court thing. Why we even in the international court thing? When I'm president for the third time - I'm gonna totally ban the international court thing. We're the United States. We do what we wanna anyway. We need to. That court - all courts - bad. Very bad."

[–] Tankiedesantski@hexbear.net 19 points 2 years ago

It would be very funny if the thing that finally gets the EU to break with the US is American sanctions against the Netherlands for the ICC.

[–] GrouchyGrouse@hexbear.net 11 points 2 years ago

For sale:

Wooden shoes,

Never worn.

That would be super funny considering that litography machines are being produced basically only by Dutch company.

The US burning down the same institutions they had just newly empowered to be able to target European countries (Read: Russia) is just amazing.

It hasn’t even been two years.

[–] jonne@infosec.pub 11 points 2 years ago* (last edited 2 years ago)

Yep, I remember them celebrating Putin's indictment. Suddenly when it's their friend, the court is an illegitimate kangaroo court.

And of course, the press will never challenge them on this hypocrisy.

[–] REEEEvolution@lemmygrad.ml 2 points 2 years ago

The court was set up to target those subhumans, not white, civilized people.

[–] tactical_trans_karen@hexbear.net 29 points 2 years ago

How about they charge and arrest Blinken while we're at it.

[–] corgiwithalaptop@hexbear.net 27 points 2 years ago

"They're criminals. Its in the name." - Blinken probably

[–] lemmyseizethemeans@lemmygrad.ml 26 points 2 years ago

This fucker should be in the Hague. I'd like to see him take a cyanide pill in Minecraft instead of having to testify

[–] SkingradGuard@hexbear.net 24 points 2 years ago

Go on, invade the Hague, it would be very funny for your dominance

[–] Redcuban1959@hexbear.net 22 points 2 years ago

What a fucking idiot. The US are literally digging their own grave just to protect Bibi and Ins'treal lol.

[–] dkr567@hexbear.net 20 points 2 years ago* (last edited 2 years ago)

America really do make some of the most horrific mafiosos to threaten our world.

[–] JealousCactus@hexbear.net 19 points 2 years ago (2 children)

Has anyone in the American ruling class realized that other countries can sanction them? The are still living in a fantasy world where they're the only major power in the world.

[–] jonne@infosec.pub 7 points 2 years ago

They only care about North America and Europe, and the European Commission is fully on board with this genocide (as opposed to some individual countries).

[–] Sodium_nitride@lemmygrad.ml 3 points 2 years ago

To be fair, it's not really a thing other countries do to America. And this is the ICC, the netherlands is America's cuck.

[–] ProletarianDictator@hexbear.net 18 points 2 years ago

Totally a thing that non-genociders do

[–] CommCat@hexbear.net 18 points 2 years ago (1 children)

they gonna try a color revolution against the ICC? lol didn't they previously threatend to bomb the ICC if they tried going after an American?

[–] InevitableSwing@hexbear.net 30 points 2 years ago

didn't they previously threatend to bomb the ICC if they tried going after an American?

The Hague Invasion Act (2002) actually became law even though the actual name is the far more boring American Service-Members' Protection Act.

It's pretty funny how even the most silly and constructed to be unverifable liberal narration of "Biden don't like Bibi" crumbled immediately when touched by the ruthless finger of realty, but they are still at it.

[–] wombat@hexbear.net 17 points 2 years ago

we may have to start making excuses for the lack of terror

[–] electric_nan@lemmy.ml 16 points 2 years ago

Cartoon villains.
